Work with me · Vol. 02

Three doorways
into the practice.

Most clients begin with a case review. Where it goes from there depends on what we find — and what you need. Everything is fully telehealth, available across the United States.

01

Starting point

The Case Review

A full hour together — preceded by a full hour I spend on your case beforehand, reviewing your recent and relevant labs, health history, and prior workups in depth. Your symptoms and patterns mapped in one place for the first time. You leave with a working clinical theory and a testing plan.

  • 60-min consult · telehealth
  • 1 hr pre-visit chart review

§ What to expect

The first ninety days, roughly.

Week 0

Booking & intake

You complete an extensive symptom and history form before your case review.

Weeks 1–3

Case review & testing

We meet for the case review. Targeted labs are ordered. Initial lifestyle work begins immediately.

Weeks 4–6

Results & protocol

Lab results arrive. We meet to review and design your protocol. Implementation begins with coaching support.

Weeks 7–12

Iterate & integrate

We adjust the protocol as you respond. The goal is no longer needing the protocol — sustainable, durable health.

§ Common questions

The things most people ask before booking.

Do you take insurance?

No. The practice is fee-for-service. This lets me work outside the constraints of fifteen-minute appointments. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds. I provide superbills to arrange reimbursement.

Where do I need to be?

All consultations are telehealth. I work with clients across all US states and have international clients as well.

Will I need labs?

Most likely. Functional labs (DUTCH, stool, organic acids, full thyroid panel) are ordered as clinically warranted, and they are billed separately. We discuss costs before ordering.

Can you prescribe?

Within my scope of practice. For prescription medication management, I collaborate with referring MDs and your existing care team.

How long until I feel better?

Most clients notice meaningful change within the first 8–12 weeks. Complex cases take longer. I will be honest with you about the timeline at every step.
