Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our vendors will accept returns on items that are unopened and purchased within the last 30 days, with a 25% restocking fee. If you would like to return an item, please email [email protected] to receive a return authorization code, if your item is eligible.
It depends on how many vendors your order contains, shipping is usually $9 flat rate per vendor, some are a bit more or less. Free shipping on orders over $150.
These products can only be shipped within the US. If you would like something shipped internationally, please contact [email protected] and we can check to see if your item is available from our international distributor.
Most of our products are shipped in 2-3 business days, but some items can take up to a week or more. Once we receive tracking info for your order, our shipping manager will email it to you. Important – We are seeing delays across the board by all carriers and delivery dates are sometimes being underestimated. If your delivery date has passed, please be aware your package is still in transit and will be delivered soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
